I've got some questions concerns working with RTP media streaming on Cisco IP Phones, I would like to transmit voice to some range of phones so I'm sending CiscoIpPhoneExecute object to my phones with some data:

1st phone gets ExecuteItem with URL RTPMTx:239.0.0.1:20482
2nd phone gets ExecuteItem with URL RTPMRx:239.0.0.1:20482

And then some connection is made (i see icons on phones display) but if I talk to transmitting phone i can't hear anything on receiving phone. Do you know what could be wrong? Is it objects thing or maybe network configuration?

Obviously difficult to tell with the limited configuration that you show. Hint: Use a sniffer to see whats on the wire. Also dont forget if you are on different subnets you will need multicast routing setup.

Your switch could not support multicast, or not configured correctly?

OK, I checked trasmitting by multicast in VLC Media Player, packets was seen on sniffer and it was transmitted, when I am sending commands to my phones I don't see any packets in wireshark regarding multicast on this IP, do you know where else I can search for problem?
