Make sure you are using 8.02 SU2 or higher. There is a bug that does not allow the uccxhradmin user to access the system procedures in the Informix DB.

I believe that it is bug CSCtj31833.

    Best of luck

    Hello,

I'm trying to make CallBack call from the IVR Script (UCCX 8)
When the caller calls the IVR and enters the queue, he can enter his phone to call back him when one of call centre agents get free.
There is a defined Campgain created from UCCX admin page, and i need to add a new user to this campgain with entered phone number by the caller.

Actually, i did this task before on UCCX 7 but i was different because UCCX 7 has SQL database server but UCCX 8 has Informix database.
I used stored procedure wrapperCreateDialingList to add a new entry in DialingList table.

I didn't find the above stored procedure in Informix database, and can't insert a new record directly in DialingList table.
When i tried to insert a new record i got not enough permission error (I'm using uccxhradmin user to access the database)

    Kindly, need your help.

    Hazem,

Odds are that the process might be by a different name now.

Also, I cannot guarantee if you will be able to access it anymore to do what you are doing.

If you have spare hardware, you could load the 8.02 software with a TEMP license, upgrade to SU3 and see what happens. You could tie this back to LIVE Call Manager so you don't have to duplicate that.

Disclaimer: Obviously BE VERY careful about this since you are touching the live Call Manager

    Steven,

I made the upgrade successfuly, but i failed to do any insert statement using uccxhradmin user.
I don't know if it is a restriction from Cisco side or not.

    Thanks, for your continous help

    Hazem,

I just remoted into a 7.0 system and saw the "wrapper%" procedure that you speak of. Then remoted into an 8.0 system and there are no wrapper procedures at all in the db_cra database.

It would seem that Cisco has internalized that code into the application. The only procedures (called Functions SPL in Informix) seem to be the ones that deal with the canned reports.

I do not know what to say here.

    Best of luck.

    Steve
