So I plugged a PDU in my switch, catalyst 2960 in this case
I know it is energywise enabled because I did 'energywise query analyze domain' and I see my domain now has 1 endpoint
This PDU has 8 breakers, how do I get data from each of these individual breakers using the energywise API/SDK?

The outlets are children of the PDU. To see them, you will need to send a query.

Example: energy query imp 100 name * collect usage all

Either my 2960 doesn't support that query syntax, or I'm in the wrong mode
do I need to be in a special mode to be able to execute that command?

also I'm really looking to get this data through the API/SDK, seeing it from the switch CLI is just a visual first step.

Ok, I guess I mistype it the first time, I got this to work on my switch
how do I get the API to give me this info?

If I do this on my switch
energy query imp 100 name * collect usage meter
I get 8 rows, 1 for each 'plug' on my wti device

if I do it through the API with
    energywise_addCategoryQualifier (query,ENERGYWISE_USAGE_CATEGORY_METER);

I only get 1 row, and its the first row
what happen to the other rows, were they filtered out for some reason?

I also notice that when I use 'usage all' I get both consumer and meter numbers, and there is no
ENERGYWISE_USAGE_CATEGORY_ALL (though I would presume that just by not having the qualifier this would be the behaviour)
but it does not appear to be.

my metered numbers do not show up using the api with a query that does not explicitly set the Category qualifier

Trace level debugging tells me I'm getting aggregated data from the device.
wondering how to get individual plug-level power data from my WTI VMR pdu using the energywise SDK
all the network connections are talking, now its just getting the syntax, qualifier API ducks in order.
