    Hi all,
    I have been trying to PUSH XML down to a Cisco  phone to trigger a CiscoIPPhoneExecute.  It works fine when using IP Communicator but when using a 7925 It just returns nothing. No confirmation, no error, nothing. From the logs I pulled from the phone I see that the Execute is getting there, it just doesnt execute it or give any response.

    I have tried with several different ExecuteItem ranging from .raw files to .XML files with just text to display. Nothing. Any suggestions?

    Here is the XML I am pushing down:

     <?xml version='1.0' ?><CiscoIPPhoneExecute><ExecuteItem Priority='1' URL='http:/
    /dev-ppd.partners.org/ppd/attention.xml'/></CiscoIPPhoneExecute>

    Here are the debug logs from the 7925

    You are sending
    <?xml version='1.0' ?>
    <CiscoIPPhoneExecute>
    <ExecuteItem Priority='1' URL='http://dev-ppd.partners.org/ppd/attention.xml'/>
    </CiscoIPPhoneExecute>

    Try sending this

    <?xml version='1.0' ?>
    <CiscoIPPhoneExecute>
    <ExecuteItem Priority="1" URL="http://dev-ppd.partners.org/ppd/attention.xml"/>
    </CiscoIPPhoneExecute>

    The only difference is i use " instead of '

    I have had this issue before.

    Regards

    Robin

    Robin,
    Thanks so Much!!! That was it. Never even thought to try that. I always assumed they were interchangeable and that was a bad one.
    Thanks!
