    Hi,

I have a Virtual machine on vswitch0 on VLAN1. This is the only virtual machine on the vswitch.
(The virtual machine  is running linux)
We are having performance issues with dropped packets.

For example, here are the snapshots we have while debugging this:

    External Traffic generator:
Total 150,000 packets (64bytes each) sent  at the rate of 20,000 packets/sec.

    vlan1 (stats):
Total 150,000 packets (64bytes each) sent at the rate of 20,000 packets/sec.

VM - Ethernet driver seeing only 145000 (approximately).

Looks like the vswitch0 is dropping packets. Is there a way to debug this? See packets coming in on vswitch
and packets going out the vswitch?

This looks like a very serious problem and is a definite show stopper for our application.

Could someone please help us in gaining insiight into this problem.

    Thanks!
