I want to build the real time report with 1 hour
rolling interval, at any instance of time if i view the real time
report, it should provide me an graphic with the number of handled calls, answered calls and abandonned calls for instance, for 30 minute real
time information. Like the report enclosed

Thanks you.

This is not going to be straight forward. You can use the metrics that ends with to5 and toHalf field in CTHH and SGHH sum that for each hour using custom table and show it up in real time report.
Little tricky though.

Thanks Mohamed for your help.
THe more difficult is to realize the axe x with real time on a scale of 1 hour. For instance, he is 9:00 am, the curbe have to trace from 8:00 am until 9:00am ; he is 10:00am the curbe have to trace from 9:00 am until 10:00am.
Have you some ways to help me to build this ?
Do you think with only languages on cuis it is possible ? At beginning, I thought use jsp and develop aother web site and include the web page in cuis.

You can do this in a stored procedure -- just create an intra-day table (in a separate database) that you truncate at midnight before starting over for the next day.  I agree with Mohamed - it's not straight forward.

If you only need an hourly average, I would use the Half_Hour or _Interval tables (if on 8.x).  I don't see anything that specifies the refresh interval needs to be less than 30 minutes.

Further, the To5 Columns in the Real_Time tables are rolling 5 minute periods, not discrete 5 minute intervals, so you won't be able to add them up.

If you must have more frequent updates, I would suggest using the ToHalf values in the Real_Time tables since these values are accumulated every 10 seconds and are reset to 0 at the end of the 30 minute period.  The warning being that if you don't capture the last update, you won't reflect the true value.  If that's a problem, you can always replace the last update with the value from the historical tables (_To_Half or _Interval).

Thanks for your help.

I almost finished this project. So, I create new database where I use stored procedure to copy data from awdb database.
I  use the To5 Columns in the Real_Time tables where I copied the data every 5 minutes in a new table. And I purge this table every day.
To have the graphical, I create another website in jsp and I include web page in a dashboard to manage the different login.

It was not straight forward.
