Detecting end of call

    We have a need to know when our application sends a string to the phone to dial, we need to know when the call is terminated and back on hook. Is there any way to have an event triggered or have an application detect this?
     
    We are using UCM 7.x with 7945 and 7965 phones.
     
    Any and all ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

    You can get complete phone/call events via the CTI interfaces: TAPI and JTAPI.  Not possile just via XML services.
