    What kind of customization? Do you want to customize the current Cisco Agent Desktop application or do you want to create your own Agent application?

    You will need to create your own custom agent desktop using the UCCX CTI protocol in whatever language you desire that supports creating a TCP/IP Socket connection and communication messages.  No customization on Cisco Agent Desktop is available.  You can configure CAD to screen pop into other apps.  That is supported by the CAD product and the TAC.

    Thank you for the reply. As CAD is configurable only through Cisco Desktop Admin so we can not make change as we want like as CTI. But as you mentioned UCCXCTI, is it Cisco application or any third party aplication so that we can develop our own CTI application for UCCX? Please give some details.
