I am running a CCX 8.0 Premium with a Nuance ASR & TTS server. I am looking for a way to capture an alpha numeric string from the caller and then use that in my script. The Get Digit step is limited to numbers only. Since I have ASR I can have the caller spell out the string ie "2 0 1 0 A B C 2 4 9 8 7 3".

    Thanks

I went ahead and made a VXML file that read a specific grammar for the string I was looking for.
