    Hello,
I am having difficulty updating the after greeting action on a callhandler. I am able to update a bunch of other settings within the greeting page by targeting a PUT to the URI of that particular greeting, but when I use the tag <AfterGreeting_Action> and set it to 1 or 5 or any of the values listed in the schema file, nothing changes. I also noticed that if I do a GET on the greeting URI and review the return, <AfterGreeting_Action> is not a tag that is listed. Am I missing something here? Is this field available somewhere else?

    thanks for any thoughts!

What version are you working with?  There was a defect regarding fields with underscores in their name that was fixed back in January.  It may be that your version does not have that fix.

Hi Dave, thanks for the reply!
I have 7.1.3.10000-68 running in my dev environment right now, but I am working on a tool for a engineer running 8.0.2. Can you tell me if this is fixed in 8.0.2?
Also, quick question for you on defect tracking. I tried looking this up on the bug toolkit. Are these not public? I just dont want to bug the list if I can look this up myself.
    Again, thanks for yor help!

The fix should be in any released 8.0 version as well as 7.1.5ES3 and 7.1.3ES27,
