Change Called Name

    Is there a way to set the called name on a phone when it passes through the TCL application.  I know how to set the calling name when receiving a call but I am trying to change the called name of the person you called (Alerting Name)

    Does anyone know if there would there be a way to do this by modifying the H323 or SIP Headers?

    I think this can be done by using IOS command
     
    telephony-service
     service dnis dir-lookup
     directory entry 1 5551212 name Billing
     directory entry 2 5551213 name Support
     
    In sample, When 5551212 is called, ¿Billing¿ will be displayed on buttom of LCD. When 5551213 is called,
    ¿Support¿ will be displayed on bottom of LCD

    This did not seem to work.  I was actually thinking about using something with an ephone-dn but then realized that would not work.  I need to be able to keep the called name returned from the other side and add the company to it.

    I tried it long time ago it did work for me maybe you can contact Cisco TAC for help.
    By the way, Tcl IVR won't be able to tell you called "name" only can tell you "called number"

    The problem is to get "called name"(called number is OK),if you can provide a look up list maybe you can use "callinfo(displayInfo)" when doing leg setup".

    I am not sure if I understand...I can do a callinfo(displayInfo) on the call to change the caller id on the remote side but I would like to change it on the local side.  I do not even get a trunk identifier when I call out of a PRI.
