Hello - I'm not sure if this is the right forum to be posting this, so feel free to redirect me if necessary.

We're engaging in a customer project where we'll be replacing their current IVR system w/ the built-in IVR capabilities in the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) Enhanced edition.  This supports XML calls for database access.  The vendor is now asking for API's that UCCX uses so they can program their side to accept the contact center XML DB calls.

Can anyone direct me to a document that I could pass onto them for this?

    Thank you!

There are no API's for this. The CCX side uses HTTP Get/Post request to access their web service. Pushing an XML doc over and getting one back. It is not complex at all. If you are using SOAP then you are going to have to code the Java call via extension of a step (perhaps Set) and then work on getting the XML that is sent back out to the steps in an XML Document step.
