    The office worker who is talking with customer transfer a call to uccx agent at my company
    then the agent application that implement uccx cti receive cti event.
    consultation : delivered(callid  33568079), and established (callid  33568079) 
    Transfer : established (callid  33568078),
    but the application can't receive transferred event to merge. so firat call can't  be cleared on memory.
    I guess the reason that the office worker doesn't use uccx cti and their phone is not log on the uccx.
    but when I use the CAD, it's good.
    how can I process the isuee without logging on uccx.
