    Hello,
     
    Can anyone provide me the technical information I need to customize our CRM software where if a user is logged into the web-based CRM software, and they click on the telephone number for their contact, the software will send a command to the Cisco IP phone on their desk to automatically dial the phone number for them?

    You can do it via TAPI/JTAPi integrations.
    We have beed developed Click2Dial application which enable Click 2 dial on phone field from any desktop application without any integration.
