    Hi,
I´m a novice at TCL programming, so I hope you can help me.
I have to find out the event message, when a h323 call goes "on hold".
In that case I have to play media to a sip leg.
    Has anyone an idea ?

    thx
    Patrick

    Hi Patrick,

You can wait for "ev_hold_ind" to detect HOLD.

I understand that you have to play MOH(media on hold) once the hold button is pressed,is that correct?

If yes, then you configure the MOH under telephony service in that GW.So MOH will be played once the Hold key is pressed.

    Thanks
    Vijay

    Hi Vijay,

Thank you for your help. Yes you are right. I want to play MOH to the caller. But I have to play it to a SIP Gateway.
I also have to trigger the au files with vxml on an tftp server. You see my problem`?

Do you know a visual development software (studio) for TCL/IVR like FastIVR ?
It is very difficult to write the code without an good development tool.

    thx
    patrick

There is no visual studio for Tcl\IVR.
There are programming guides and some sample scripts in the following link.

    Thanks,
