Team message and Call recording

    Hi Friends,
     
    Can i implement team chat and call recording features using UCCX CTI protocol messages?
    If yes,Which request messages i have to implement for this?
    and if no,is there any another way?

    No, UCCX CTI does not support chat nor call recording.

    I know of no 3rd party API to do this.  I have opened an enhancement
    request CSCtb88432 for the UCCX CTI protocol to add supervisor team
    functionality so you could create your own supervisor application.
