Reporting application -Help needed

    Hi everybody,
     
    I want to develope reporting application.
    Sample CTI client dont provide example request messages that can be useful for report generation application.
    if below request messages are enough?Please advice.
     
    QUERY_QUEUE_STATISTICS_REQ ,QUERY_QUEUE_STATISTICS_CONF, QUERY_AGENT_STATISTICS_REQ QUERY_AGENT_STATISTICS_CONF ,QUERY_DEVICE_INFO_REQ ,QUERY_DEVICE_INFO_CONF, QUERY_SUMMARY_STATISTICS_REQ,QUERY_SUMMARY_STATISTICS_CONF ,SNAPSHOT_CALL_REQ

    You can create a bridge mode CTI application for realtime reporting or
    use the UCCX Historical reporting tools or the UCCX Wallboard realtime
    tool. 

    If you choose to create a bridge mode CTI application, you can use the
    Queue Statistics, Agent Statistics and Summary Statistics. 
    I do not see how Query Device Info or Snapshot Call Req are useful for
    reporting.  They refer to a specific device and dont really provide
    reports current calls are in the system.

    Wallboard snapshot feed updates from the realtime statistics in the
    config master database.  For further info on reporting contact

    Thanks much.
    I am working on QUERY_AGENT_STATISTICS_REQ.
    Request message contains invokeid in fixed part and agentid in floating part as suggested in UCCX CTI Protocol Developer Guide,
    but getting error
    "Handled CRACTIInvalidMessageException: Invalid definition for message of type: QUERY_AGENT_STATISTICS_REQ; nested exception is: illegal message field of type: AGENT_ID_LONG_TAG"
     
    Can you please suggest ,what is going wrong while sending QUERY_AGENT_STATISTICS_REQ.?

    There is no QUERY_AGENT_STATISTICS_REQ in UCCX CTI.

    There is a QUERY_QUEUE_STATISTICS_REQ and a
    QUERY_AGENT_QUEUE_STATISTICS_REQ.

    QUERY_AGENT_STATISTICS_REQ is not supported and was removed from the
    guide a while back.  Use instead QUERY_AGENT_QUEUE_STATISTICS_REQ
    which should return QUERY_AGENT_QUEUE_STATISTICS_CONF.
