I am planning to implement an application which will monitor the real
time calls(active calls, completed calls, call time, etc) and quality
information for CUCM 7.0. I thought to use OndemandCDR service for completed call

Can any one suggest the best way to monitor all these details and any suggestions about ways to monitor active calls.

For monitoring calls in real time, you will want to look at the CTI interfaces: TAPI and JTAPI.  Note, you will not be able to obtain any info about RTP/voice quality via CTI.
Call quality measurements are performed by the phone (most phones) and reported to UCM upon the termination of any media leg of a call - these are stored in CMR records (Call Media Record) along with the regular CDRs.  FOr performance reasons, CDRonDemand should really only be used for requesting individual CDR files, ad hoc.  By far the best mechanism for getting bulk CDR/CMR data is to configure an FTP 'push' destination in the UCM admin for your app.

    Hi David,
Thanks for your reply. Is there any way to configure FTP push programatically (Through SOAP or any other mechanisms)?
Please share some documents regarding this.
