    Is exist way to know if extension of agent is logged (using EM)?
    I tried with QUERY_DEVICE_INFO_REQ but it always return for existing device and for not existing in CM device same results:
    MaxActiveCalls=0;MaxHeldCalls=65535;MaxDevicesInConference=65535;MakeCallSetup=0

    If the UCCX Agent is indeed logged in, you should get Agent State events
    which show the extension.  You can initiate an AGENT_STATE_REQ using
    just agentid and the AGENT_STATE_CONF event should show the extension.
