What's the easiest way to disable keys so that someone using the phone doesn't end up pressing the Settings, Directory, Messages, or Info keys.
I'm hoping to limit their access to the Services key.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks, Steve.

Some phones have an option for disabling the Settings button, in the standard UCM web admin pages.
I'm not aware that the other buttons can be totally disabled.  The Directories, Services and Messages buttons can however be configured with an alternate/custom URL - you could configure this URL to point to a web server which returns a CiscoIPPhoneText XML object that says something like 'Directories have been disabled on this phone.'
