CiscoIPPhoneImageFile and background

We have an application that uses CiscoIPPhoneImageFile to display Idle URL graphics on PNG supported phones. Turns out that regardless of the PNG image size the background consumes the entire usable screen -- you can't see the phone backgound even if image is 10 x 10 pixels.

Is there a way to show the background? If not, can it be considered a feature request?

The services pane is going to cover up the calling pane (where the background is present.)  Having transparency from one pane to the other would be an enhancement request.

If you know exactly what the phone's background image is, you could blend this image with your 10x10 png with the result appearing to be transparency.  Unfortunately I'm not aware of any way to query what the phone's current background image is.

Sometimes the Speed Dial buttons (or services assisgned to speed dials) are wide enough to be on calling pane as well, and when we display any image using CiscoIPPhoneImageFile it covers the entire pane and blocks the speed dial or service URL display name.

    David,

Can you please add this feature as an enhancement request: To have a transparent background from one pane to another, specially when graphics are displayed.

    Thanks
