Is there a single SDK that enables integration with both the Contact Center Express and Contact Center Enterprise offerings, or is it necessary to use two different integration SDK's (or approaches), one for Express and a different one for Enterprise? I do see information on the Cisco Unified Application Environment, and perhaps this supports both Express and Enterprise, but it does not seem to be kept current (the material I have says that only works with Enterprise 6.0 and not with Enterprise 7.0).

I am very interested in the same. I have the CUCM SDK but it doesn't have Contact Center Express.

    Thanks,

There is no SDK for UCCX CTI.  It is a TCP/IP socket based protocol that
    is published.

But is there an SDK which has UCCX in it that I can develop from. Don't I need UCCX running to be able to get events from the stream (for development)??

On the CUAE they offered a CUCM SDK which was a VMWare image of CUCM 6.X so we could develop. I am looking for how we would do the same, or do I need to go purchase a full version for development.

    Thanks,

    ~ Steve

    David,

Just wanted to follow-up and see if you have any thoughts on how we can develop on this platform. If not do you know where I can go to ask?

I really want to get started and this is my current road block.

    Thanks again,

    ~ Steve

Purchase a UCCX System from Cisco, Download the protocol spec and write your tcp/ip socket message application.  Contact your sales channel for further info on purchasing UCCX.

If it helps anyone out, you can get the "Unified Communications System Release 7.0 Not-for-Resale (NFR) Program" from the Cisco Marketplace which is a pretty good deal. It comes with everything included in a box you'd need.

If this helps someone else out.

    Thanks,

    ~ Steve

Edward, Cisco Unified Application Environment doesnot interface with the Contact Center Express and Contact Center Enterprise offerings yet by default. There are not plugins developed to communicate with them.

    Thanks,
    Rajesh
