Hello all,

We are trying to give an agent the option to transfer a call via a list of predefined numbers listed via a subscribed service. I know you can do lots via URIs, like dial a number:
.
And there's a long list of soft button presses available via the
format, but the complete listing of options does not include Transfer.

Does anyone know if there is a command to transfer a call to a predefined number?

    Thanks,

    Stuart.

Dial: is really the only call control operation supported by the XML APIs.

For effecting a transfer or other remote-control type operation, you will need to look into implementing one of the CTI APIs: TAPI or JTAPI.
