     // Define directories below - you can use any number of directories,
     // just make sure to start with index 0 and keep them consecutive.
     // Syntax:  new Directory(<DisplayName>, <LdapServer>, <LdapSearchBase>, <LdapPort>, <LdapUserId>, <LdapPassword>, );
     var dirs = new Array();
     dirs[0] = new Directory("BCH Directory", "10.1.6.10", "cn=BCH, ou=ipusers, dc=domain, dc=local", "389", "cn=ccm7, ou=service accounts, ou=users, dc=domain, dc=local", "guess", "");
        dirs[1] = new Directory("VFS Directory", "10.1.6.10", "cn=VFS, ou=ipusers, dc=domain, dc=local", "389", "cn=ccm7, ou=service accounts, ou=users, dc=domain, dc=local", "guess", "");

    The error suggests that the XML sent to the phone from the asp script is not in the correct format.  It may be helpful to get a network packet capture (use Wireshark on a PC connected to the extra switch port on the back of the phone) to inspect the actual XML returned.  Feel free to attach here if you are unable to spot the problem.

    I fixed it.

    It was wrong attributes
     "CN=CCM7,OU=IPUsers,DC=XXX,DC=XXX", "XXX", ""

    Thanks for the idea
