    Can you provide the full XML of the actual object sent to the phone?  Ideally this would be obtained by inspecting the actual HTTP packets to the phone, using a packet capture tool (e.g. Wireshark.)

    Hi,

    I am currently developing an IP Services that uses CiscoIPPhoneGraphicFileMenu. If I run the Service on my IP Communicator the produced XML output works fine and I can perform the appropriate action stored in the corrosponding URL tag of the MenuItem. If I try the same with my CP-7975G nothing happens when I push the designated TouchAreas on the display. However navigating CiscoIPPhoneMenu over the touchscreen works without any problems on the same phone... Does somebody has a clue what might be the reason for that behaviour?

    Attached you'll find a snippet of how my MenuItems inside the CiscoIPPhoneGraphicFileMenu look.

    <MenuItem>
            <Name>ACTION</Name>
            <URL>http://ipphoneservice/main.pl?session=session&module=module&action=ACTION</URL>
            <TouchArea X1="10" Y1="10" X2="60" Y2="40" />
    </MenuItem>

    Chears,
    Florian

    Hi David,

    I will asap. By the way inspechting the FS cache log files on the phone I probably found the reaseon that is causing the error. The log says:

    ERR 12:28:06.137304 JVM: Startup Module Loader|cip.sys.aa:? - error sending message Family: cip.g3.r2d.aa@900 ID: 1 Source: cip.g3.r2d.l@6d1b06 P1: 0 P2: Point( x=77, y=138 ) java.lang.ClassCastException: cip.go4.al
    ERR 12:28:06.146007 JVM: 12:28:06|java.lang.ClassCastException: cip.go4.al

    However, the only solution that I can come up with is to upload the newest firmware/OS files.

    Cheers,
    Florian

    Seems that there is a bug in the previous installed version 8.4.0. After upgrading to the latest release 8.4.4 everything is working as supposed.

    Cheers,
