    Hi,

    The UCXX protocol document states:

"An END_CALL_EVENT message is generated when the association between a call and the client is dissolved and no further call-event messages for the call are sent to this client. This message does not necessarily indicate that the subject call has been terminated."

however after calling CLEAR_CONNECTION_REQ i dont get the END_CALL_EVENT but get the CALL_CONNECTION_CLEARED_EVENT instead?

    is this correct?

    Kind regards

    René

Yes that is correct.  The CALL_CONNECTION_CLEARED_EVENT  is the response
    to the CLEAR_CONNECTION_REQ.

    Thank you for the response.

    Kind regards

    René

You usually get an END_CALL_EVENT after all call connections have
cleared.  If you find scenarios where no END_CALL_EVENT is received, you
should open a Developer Services Service Request using your DS contract
and provide low level MIVR logs of the scenario and Developer Services
    can open a bug report.
