    I'm trying to find out how many CTI Ports are in use at a given time.
    Using CRS Editor in UCCx 5.x with the Cisco Java components, I am able to find out how many CTI Ports are configured within a port group, but I do not see anything obvious that shows how many are in use.

    I've been looking at the classes TAPIPortGroup and SubsystemJTAPI.
    Is it possible to get the number of currently available ports?

    From within the Administration web page goto Tools->RealTime Reporting.  Then Select report Contact Summary and the first Column labeled "Cisco JTAPI Call" ACTIVE should give you this number.  At least this is what I've been using for this info and have tested by dialing a couple of CTI Route Points that forward to my IPCC Ports and have watched the Active call number increase/decrease after disconnecting.
