Anyone have suggestion how to build the real time report with 30 minute rolling interval, at any instance of time if i view the real time report, it should provide me contact center status for 30 minute real time information. The below are the list of fields that i want to report on,
Calls waiting in queue,
Average Speed of Answer,
ACD Calls,
Percentage within service level,
service Level,
Abandon Calls,
The same is provided in Avaya CMS report wondering why CISCO not provided out of box, looking forward for alternate options.
