Call forward no answer when agent in ready mode send to menu

    I have a client who want to send the call to menu after 3 rings when agents are not available even though they are still in ready mode. The way it is set up is that the select resouce is configured with csq.  When the call comes in,  it will stay in the select resouce until an agent answers the call.  I want the call to ring the phone 3 times then go to menu so that caller can have the option to redirect the call.   What is the best way to do it in uccx 7.0 script
