    Hi all,

I tried to create a CTI-Route Point and assign a line to it. To use the simplest way I used the lineId. RoutePoint is created without any error, but there is no line assigned.

    using CUCM 6.1.4.1211-1, code:

    <axl:addCTIRoutePoint xmlns:axl=\"http://www.cisco.com/AXL/1.0\" xsi:schemaLocation=\"http://www.cisco.com/AXL/1.0 http://gkar.cisco.com/schema/axlsoap.xsd\" sequence=\""+ sequence +"\">" +
            " <routePoint>" +
            "    <name>Test</name>" +
            "    <description>blablabla</description>" +
            "     <product>CTI Route Point</product>" +
            "     <model>CTI Route Point</model>" +
            "     <class>CTI Route Point</class>" +
            "     <protocol>SCCP</protocol>" +
            "     <protocolSide>User</protocolSide>" +
            "     <devicePoolName>123_DevicePool</devicePool>" +
            "     <commonDeviceConfigName>999_CommonDeviceConfiguration</commonDeviceConfigName>" +
            "     <locationName>123_Location</locationName>" +
            "     <lines>" +
                    "<lineId index=\"1\">{718034a2-4341-e65d-7cc0-357df0bb3fc9}</lineId>"+
            "     </lines>" +
            " </routePoint>" +
            "</axl:addCTIRoutePoint>

Any help or suggestions are welcome.

    Kind regards

    Axel

    Hi all,

I solved my problem. Here is my code:

    <axl:addCTIRoutePoint xmlns:axl=\"http://www.cisco.com/AXL/1.0\" xsi:schemaLocation=\"http://www.cisco.com/AXL/1.0 http://gkar.cisco.com/schema/axlsoap.xsd\" sequence=\""+ sequence +"\">" +
                    "<routePoint>" +
                        "<name>"+ axlData[0] +"</name>" +
                        "<description>"+ axlData[1] +"</description>" +
                        "<product>CTI Route Point</product>" +
                        "<model>CTI Route Point</model>" +
                        "<class>CTI Route Point</class>" +
                        "<protocol>SCCP</protocol>" +
                        "<protocolSide>User</protocolSide>" +
                        "<devicePoolName>"+ dstNr +"_DevicePool</devicePoolName>" +
                        "<locationName>"+ dstNr +"_Location</locationName>" +
                        "<lines>" +
                        "    <lineIdentifier index=\"1\">" +
                        "          <directoryNumber>"+ axlData[2] +"</directoryNumber>" +
                        "          <routePartitionName>"+ dstNr +"_internal_devices</routePartitionName>" +
                        "    </lineIdentifier>" +
                        "</lines>"+
                    "</routePoint>";

I think my fault was, that I tested with an already associated line. Shared line is not supported.
    Regards

    Axel
