    Hi,

I try to develop an application which shows the line status (occupied or not) for directed call parks like side cards on phones do. My problem right now is, that it is possible for me to get the Device, BLF and so on but no status. Is there even a posibility via AXL? Are there other possibility via another API?

Right now I am not limited to any security barriers or anything else.

    Thank you for your help,
    Philipp Mehrwald

If the CTI user has role 'Standard CTI Allow Call Park Monitoring', then TAPI will automatically create line devices for each park DN on the system.

You will need to investigate the CTI APIs (TAPI and JTAPI) for real-time call monitoring (and potentially control.)

    Thank you for your answer!

Do you know if I can use TAPI for direct call park lines?

Yes, you can use TAPI and JTAPI to monitor park DNs.

    Hi,

I am sorry, but I think I need to bother you again, but could you please give me a hint how to configure this. Because I have the directed call park but it is no device so I can't associate it to the user!?

    Thank you,

From what we have determined...you can monitor Park DNs but you cannot monitor calls that have been parked using the Direct Call Park feature. The most current version of the CiscoTSP with Cisco UCM 8.x only supports monitoring of Park DNs.
