UCCX Call consult transfer to an external number

    We are implementing a call back function and we require to use the call consult transfer to an external number (customer's phone number). However, when the system tries to call the customer's number, I could hear the system ringing, but their physical phone does not ring. Has anyone done a call consult transfer (supervised transfer) to an external number before?
     
    The version of UCCX is 7.01 and the CM version is 6.1.5.10000-10.
