    Hi Team, how are you.

Im beggining with all this theme of TCL and i have tis problem. I down load the its-CISCO.2.0.2.0.tcl and made a basic configuration in a Cisco 2851. I dont have CCME in this router, i have it on another one which i already set it up to send calls to the 2851 (the one that has the TCL running).

At the TCL configutarion i just have the AA pilot Number 7100 and the operator extension 4078. (this 4078 extension is routed to my other CCME router)

The problem that i have is that when i call from my ip phone to the 7100 extension (pilot of the AA TCL) it plays a message that says ¨Your call will be disconnected¨. When i place a call from the router itself that has the TCL running using the csim start 7100 command, the 4078 extension rings.

I attach the config that i have now running on the router with the TCL. I hope you can help me!! Thank in advance for your support.

    Hi ,
When you try through CLI command the extension 4078 rings is that your problem? It rings because it the operator configured in GW.When you try with csim start, you cant give inputs"DTMF digits",so the collect digit gets timed out(CD_001) and leg setup is made to operator(4078).

Your call will be disconnected" this message is played when the retry limit is exceeded.(i.e) if invalid inputs given for more than 3 times.

    Thanks
    Vijay
