    Dear Experts,
     
    Our a hotel account site just opened with IP Phone 7975 and XML based Phone Application.
     
    Cisco UCM Version 7.1.3.21901-1
    IP Phone Load File : SCCP75.805-28
     
    But we got it trouble in XML Service delayed, as I attached MOV file.(Normal and Abnormal status)
    As we are running IP Phone on the room, it is running normal phone XML application services, but sometime some phone is getting delayed XML application response as shown attached files.
     
    We already double-checked all network configuration, duplex-Mismatch, XML-Server status etc.
    Can anyone offer any suggestions as to how to fix it ?

    it could just be the webserver hosting the service, try running the service from a web browser on a pc
     
    also, try testing the service with i.e. JMeter and send parallel requests

    It may be helpful to look at the network packet traffic to/from the phone in the problem scenario.  You can do this with Wireshark running on a PC attached to the phone's PC switch port (make sure the port is enabled in UCM admin.)  In this way you can see exactly when the phone makes its HTTP request, and when the server answers.
     
    Feel free to attach here if you have trouble spotting anything - it would be best to have working vs delayed packet capture traces.
