Does anyone know where, in say CM 7.x+, you can identify DN's which are unassigned yet still associated to devices?

Can you clarify the criteria?  If a line is assigned to a device, then it would be associated to a device..?

Seems like it's more complicated now, with at least CM 7.x (perhaps 5.x+), there is this new category which is neither assigned or unassigned DN.

What I see in terms of states are:
-Assigned DN : on a line of a device
-Unassigned DN: unattached from any device, zombie sort of
-Unassigned, yet Associated DN:  was previously assigned to a line of a device and has been removed but is still associated to this line.

See the attached images to describe this scenario
    1. Have a phone with both line1 and line2 assigned (4155152392, 4155152395)
    2. Now I Modify Buttons and disassociate line 2 (4155152395)
    3. This DN is not considered unassigned, just unassociated.  Therefore, I cannot remove it from my database because it has dependencies to this phone.

When I look into the CM 7.x schema doc, originally I thought the 'iscallable' column would tell me the answer but that seems to only apply to truly unassigned (not unassociated) DNs.
