I have been able to successfully add cmc codes through the wsdl tool. One issue I have due to a business need is to do a purge of all the codes in the table. The purge will delete out all CMCinfo contained in the table which is fine for 1 business unit. The problem is other business units will be added later and there will be a need to delete CMCinfo based on business unit. I know that a delete of each invidual code can be done but this seems like a rather clugy task. What I would like to know is if the schema in the table would allow for me to add an identifier to each code based on business unit? This would allow me to "label" each code based on the business unit. The a purge could be done on that range, or add another CMC table for each business unit but I don't think the informix database will allow this. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

You can't make changes to the UCM database schema, so adding fields isn't possible.  Two suggestions I can think of:
    - Use the description field with a naming convention prefix or suffix: i.e. 'MKT marketing project' and 'ENG engineering project', then you can delete by checking the first 3 characters of the name field.
    - Use an external database to build a mapping table, where the pkid of the CMC is one field, and the BU is another.  You can then query this table by BU to get a listing of CMC's to remove
