userToUserInfo - problem

    Hi!
    I am add in userToUserInfo field in MAKE_CALL_REQ.
    But in CALL_DATA_UPDATE_EVENT I got this field empty.
    The CallVariable1...10 working well.
    Please help ASAP,

    Per the UCCX CTI protocol Guide, call data update does not include user
    to user info.  The begin call and call delivered events do.

    You are right, but BEGIN_CALL_EVENT is also does not contain UUI data.
    Attached 2 logs:
    MIVR log it is contain below CTIMakeCallReqMsg message which show that I pass parameters right:

    For additional assistance, please open a Cisco TAC Service Request using
    your CDN subscription number.  Be sure to specify Technology: Other and
    SubTechnology: Developer Services: Customer Contact Applications and
    attach the MIVR logs to the Service Request.
