    Dear all;
    iam new with cisco IP Phone services;
    and i found the callerInfo.jsp inside the IP Phone SDK and i tried to work with it but i face problem. So can anyone help me to let it  work...and expected steps to do that......thanks so much

    briefly i want to make service to get the Number (or  NAME) Of the Caller end Point....and i found CallerInfo.jsp after installing CiscoSDK...i made all the steps that was illustrated inside this JSP page...and after publishing it into tomcat...and run it....i found this message

    Hi Mohamed,
     
    CiscoJTAPI is needed to fetch the caller-info via JSP application into the Phone UI.
     
    Do you have CiscoJTAPI jar in your webserver library? If not, could you please install the same?
     
    For more details you could refer to the 'Requirements and Caveats' provided in sample callerinfo.jsp application.

    YEAH I HAVE CISCO JTAPI.JAR AND IAM ALREADY IMPORT IT INSIDE MY JSP APPLICATION....AND I FOLLOWED 'Requirements and Caveats' PROVIDED IN SAMPLE CALLERINFO.JSP.....BUT NOTHING CHANGED
    SO IF U HAVE ANY SOLUTION TO BE ABLE TO KNEW THE CALLER ID I WILL BE VERY GRATEFUL FOR U....
