When issuing geolocation specific API requests (addGeoLocation, updateGeoLocation, removeGeoLocation, getGeoLocation, etc) on 7.1.3 CUCM I am receiving an error "Unknown request: This feature is supported only for CUCM version 7,1 and above" with error code "5002".

According to Cisco the geolocation specific APIs are supported by CUCM version 7.1.2 and above. Has anyone receoved a similar error or knows the resolution of the above error ?

Are you specifying the AXL version used in a SOAPAction header?

    SOAPAction: ¿CUCMB ver=7.1¿

Thanks..specifying the version in header resolved the issue. Is this a requirement now for 7.1 AXL requests ?

Also, if we dont specify the version in the header does it defaults it to the 6.1 AXL API ?

Right, if no SOAPAction header is present,  AXL will default to the lowest version implementation it has - note that 'lowest version' will creep upwards over time as the windows of supported previous versions moves upward too.  The developer guide has more details on the versioning system.
