UCCX Voice Browser issue

    Attached the test1.vxml and the audio files used.
    The issue is that everytime an audio file is played on the voicebrowser on UCCX, a "click" heard at the end of each prompt. The Customer is using the UCCX voice browser to invoke the vxml document residing on a external vxml server which is further integrated with a ASR and TTS.

    I have analyzed the audio files  and even deployed under our lab with CVP platforms and do not hear "click" on CVP platform.
    Is there a way to get rid of "click" after every wav file.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    This would appear to be a product support issue and is not related to
    UCCX CTI protocol.  You may wish to open a TAC SR.
