    Hello ,

I have some problem in finding Extension mobility actions/history on my cluster.
I try to find the last logout date (or nb seconds from 1/1/1970) on a phone...

In the table "extensionmobilitydynamic", i can find the "logintime" but when the user execute a logout on the phone, this fields becomes empty. I don't know how to determinate the last logout date...

I have an idea but i am not sure... The field "datetimestamp" is modified when EM action is done on the device. So when the user executes a logout, this field is modified. Do you think reading this field "datetimestamp" is relevant in order to know the last logout date ?

    Thank you in advance.

    Best regards.

PS : I prefer using AXL SQL query to get information than using EM API.

Using the datetimestamp field is probably a decent approach, since the only changes to the record should be login/logout - though note, it's possible other events (like adding a brand new record) could update this field.

The example was when a new record is added to the dynamic table, for example when a new E/M phone is added to the system.  There will be a new record, with a valid datetimestamp - your code would not want to report this phone as having been logged out of previously.
