    Hi,

we use CUCM 7.1.3 and a custom XML service which needs to know the devicename which called the service. We have setup an IP phone service in CUCM of type "Directory" with the "Enterprise" option set to have it available on all phones.

Our service uses the following URL:
    http://192.168.5.231:8080/andphone/callback?dev=#DEVICENAME#

When selecting this service on desktop phones (e.g. 7961) we receive the correct devicename in our application server.
When selecting the service on a wireless phone (7921/7925) the devicename is not replaced in the URL and it just passes the #DEVICENAME#

This was tested with the wireless phones 7921G and 7925G with firmware 1.3.3

    Regards,
    Roland

This sounds like a bug...can you obtain a network packet capture for the phone during this scenario?  As a wireless device it may be a bit tricky, i.e. using SPAN on the router.

    Hi David,

now I was able to take a packet capture. Find it attached. In packet #4 you can see the get request which includes #DEVICENAME# instead of the SEP+MAC normally sent by the phones.
