When an agent answers a call ringing a CSQ, the agent state shows Talking which is good, howvever, the CSQID always shows "-1" and not the real csqid.

Should this happen or do I have something setup incorrectly?

    Thanks,

    ~ Steve

Does this occur with Cisco Agent Desktop?  If so, open a TAC case for
your product. If a custom app, open a Service Request with your
Developer Support Contract and provide an MIVR log showing the -1 for
    CSQID.

Thanks David, the problem is that I do not have a Developer Services Contract, nor can open a TAC case since I purchased the NFR kit.

Just looking for feedback if this is the expected behavior or not. I did look through the example at the end of the Dev Guide and it shows what I am seeing, but just doesn't seem like it makes sense.

Has anyone else seen this come through in their messages?

    Thanks,

    ~ Steve
