    how can I get IPPA State Value from server/phone (ready or not ready)? I want to check this value in some script and don't now from where get it

    This is IPCC Express IP Phone Agent.

    I find out that on server is sql base where is table with state value record. Anyway I don't now how to get this value because there is no any Management Application
    Can someone who work with it tell me how to get it?

    I read that maybe upgrade database to SP4 may help, but there is possibility of error and I look for any other way to get to base.
    Does anyone know how do this? Maybe some free applications?

    Cisco does not provide an API to the IPCCX Phone Agent.
