Cisco is #1 in IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

The most recent market share reports for the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) portion of the contact center market indicate that we have achieved the #1 position for the first time.  Cisco's rise to number one in the IVR industry is even more remarkable considering that analysts now combine the IVR shipment numbers for Avaya and the former Nortel.
